What To Expect
Once you set foot on the First Christian Church campus, you will meet a community of people gathered around Jesus who are just like you. We are citizens who care about our community, moms, dads, young (and not-so-young) marrieds, professionals, college students, and singles. Some of us have known Jesus for many years, others have yet to meet Him. We are all imperfect people trying to grow and take our next step closer to Christ.
Each week, when service begins, you will hear honest and uplifting music intentionally selected to draw our attention toward God, along with a biblically based message designed to not only provide understanding of God’s Word, but also what it means for life in today’s world. Central to our weekly gathering is the celebration of the Lord's Supper, also called communion. During this time, we invite all believers to partake of the bread and juice as a symbolic meal celebrating and remembering the work of Christ in our lives.
Our environment is casual. You’ll see people wearing shorts and flip flops sitting next to people dressed in a coat and tie, so come as you are. We’d love to have you join us!

what about my kids?
Preparing the next generation to follow God is an important mission of our church. Your children are welcome to participate in our Sunday services. If you prefer, however, we offer programming tailored to children in Kindergarten through 5th grade, as well as toddler and nursery services.
All of our current children’s programming takes place during the 10:30am service. Simply check your children into the children's wing, located to the right of the main lobby, and a volunteer will be available to deliver him/her to the appropriate room.
